About the Role

We're looking for a Video & Photo Editor / AI Content Creator who can take an idea from a one-line brief to a finished reel, poster, or ad film using AI generation tools as a core part of the workflow, not an afterthought. You'll own day-to-day content output across Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and our website.

This is a hands-on creative role in a fast-moving startup. If you enjoy shipping 15–20 pieces of content a month and seeing them run as live ads, you'll like it here.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads — cuts, captions, sound design, colour, pacing
- Create AI-generated videos and images using tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, and Nano Banana / Flux
- Build concepts and storyboards from scratch — hooks, scripts, shot lists — not just execute someone else's brief
- Design posters, ad creatives, thumbnails, and social graphics that hold to brand guidelines
- Retouch and edit photographs — cutouts, colour correction, compositing
- Produce motion graphics, text animations, and subtitle/caption work in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada)
- Repurpose one shoot or concept into multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
- Occasionally shoot on-location and self-shoot content on a phone or DSLR
- Maintain an organised asset library so nothing gets remade twice

Must-Have Skills

- Strong video editing on Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or Figma for poster and creative design
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI video or image generation tool, and a real sense of prompting — you know how to get the output you pictured
- Ability to generate concepts independently and pitch them
- Good eye for typography, layout, and colour
- Understanding of what makes short-form content stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds
- A portfolio. This is non-negotiable — reel, Drive link, Behance, Instagram, or YouTube

Bonus Points

- Experience with AI avatars and voice cloning (HeyGen, ElevenLabs)
- 3D or motion design experience (Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Regional-language content experience (Telugu / Hindi / Kannada)
- Performance-marketing creative experience — you've made ads that had to convert, not just look good
- Basic photography or videography skills
