*Role Overview:*

We are hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to generate leads, visit customers, and close sales across the assigned city/area.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct field visits and identify new customers.
- Promote products/services and explain benefits.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in field sales (solar/industrial sales preferred)
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with valid license
- Willingness to travel locally
