- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and handle end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Indian accounting standards, statutory compliance, and TDS/GST.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Manage employee payroll, salary processing, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
- File TDS, PF, ESI, and GST returns on time
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with Indian regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts and payroll




- Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel
- Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, GST)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in using payroll software
- Knowledge of income tax computation and returns
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
