About the Role

We are hiring Growth Hacker Interns who operate at the edge of:

- AI-driven marketing
- Web3-native growth
- SaaS scaling frameworks

This is a builder role, not a passive internship.

You will work on:

- Real client growth problems
- Internal growth systems
- High-impact experiments tied to revenue

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Experimentation & Execution

- Design and run rapid growth experiments across:
- Acquisition (organic + paid)
- Activation (onboarding, funnels)
- Retention (engagement loops)
- Apply frameworks like:
- AARRR (Pirate Metrics)
- Growth Loops
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Work across channels:
- LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram
- Email & cold outbound
- Landing pages & funnels

2. AI-First Growth Systems

- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows for:
- Lead generation & enrichment
- Content generation pipelines
- Personalized outreach at scale
- Use tools like:
- ChatGPT / Claude
- Zapier / Make / n8n
- Airtable / Notion
- Experiment with AI agents for marketing & ops automation

3. Content & Distribution Engineering

- Build scalable content systems, not just one-off posts
- Create:
- High-converting hooks
- Viral distribution strategies
- Repurposing engines
- Contribute to:
- Founder-led content
- Case studies & authority building
- Internet-native formats (memes, insights, breakdowns)

SaaS & Web3 Growth Support

- Work on growth strategies for:
- SaaS products (PLG, onboarding, lifecycle)
- Web3 products (community-led growth, token incentives)
- Support:
- GTM strategy execution
- Funnel building & optimization
- Community engagement systems

5. Data, Analytics & Iteration

- Track key growth metrics:
- CAC, LTV, conversion rates
- Funnel drop-offs
- Campaign performance
- Use insights to:
- Iterate fast
- Kill low-performing experiments
- Double down on winners

6. Internal Systems & Ops Optimization

- Build internal growth infrastructure:
- CRM automations
- SOPs for repeatable growth actions
- Dashboards for tracking performance
