About the Role

Arema Technologies is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our growth. You will be the face of the company, identifying current business opportunities and providing digital solutions (Web, App, and SEO) to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
- Service Promotion: Pitch our core IT services, including Website Development, Custom Software, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Sales Documentation: Create professional proposals in MS Word and engaging service presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Reporting: Maintain and update daily lead status and sales funnels using MS Excel.
- Target Achievement:



Work towards achieving monthly revenue goals and expanding our market presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCA, or B.Com preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and digital trends.
