- Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per tender specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
- Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
- Identification and preparation of extra items.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of material for opening balance and closing balance.
- Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
- Preparing all billing records and marinating Measurement book.
- Material Reconciliation.
- Daily progress report tracking and mantaing.
- Sub- contractor Bill / client bill mandatory and reconciliation.
- Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
- Proper entering of bills without errors.
- Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.
