Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 16 yrs Exp

- Responsible

for the development & performance of all sales activities Of all the Depots
under him/her.

- Maintaining

contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of
satisfaction.

- Developing

& implementing business plans & sales strategy to ensure attainment of
company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.

- Evaluating

depot performance & making action plans.
- Conducting

regular coaching & counselling for team members to build motivation &
improve selling skills.

- Manage

branch.




- Responsible

for team management.
- Responsible

for Depot functioning.
- Handle

customer/dealer complaints.
- Maintaining

the collection index of the territory. Ensure training & development of the
team.

Education & Experience

Competencies

Any Graduate / MBA in marketing preferred.

The candidate must have minimum 16+ Years of extensive experince
in Paint industry.

Excellent written and oral communication Skills

Excellent Negotiation & Sales Skill

Team Management

Must be smart, confident, and assertive.
