About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and business forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
