WinTech Solutions is seeking experienced Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers to support enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user environments across various client locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and hands-on experience supporting network and desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot network printers and multifunction devices.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and IT asset management activities.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and remote support teams for incident resolution.
- Support meeting room technologies, video conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and technical procedures.




- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organizational standards.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP Networking
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with Windows 10/11 administration
- Microsoft 365 support experience
- Active Directory user and group management
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Network Support, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support roles.

- CCNA
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Certifications
