Roles & Responsibilities: -

· Plan the training strategy as per the Training Needs Identifications of LILA Girls & Fellows.

· Implementation & Execution of the Training Strategy.

· Preparing year wise training budget for all the courses.

· Led the Corporate Employee Volunteering by Corporate Partners.

· Preparing Training Utilization and sharing with the Accounts head.

· Preparing the Quarterly Training reports for Corporate Partner/ Donors.

· Timely follow up on the Online certification course.

· Looking after the vendor payments (Trainers, Stakeholders & Service Providers).

· Keep track on the LPF training software of all locations.





· Review of the skill building & Training program organized.

· Connect with the LPF Alumni for volunteering sessions.

· Maintain the records of all the training programs

· Collate & review the training data for Board Meetings, Inspira, Annual report etc.

· Coordinate within the team for any training related data.
