About Flo Mattress

Flo Mattress is a fast-growing D2C sleep solutions brand seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end payable operations, ensure timely vendor payments, strengthen financial controls, and optimize AP processes in a high-volume e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Verify and process invoices through PO, GRN, and Invoice (3-way matching).
- Prepare and execute vendor payment runs while maintaining payment schedules and cash flow discipline.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve invoice, debit note, credit note, and payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, payment gateways, and other D2C marketplace settlements with vendor accounts wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to vendor payments.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance teams to resolve invoice and GRN mismatches.
- Monitor vendor ageing, overdue invoices, advances, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare AP MIS reports, payment trackers,



vendor ageing reports, and cash flow reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and financial reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate AP processes using ERP and Advanced Excel.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 6–8 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a D2C, E-commerce, or Manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in vendor payments, vendor reconciliation, and AP controls.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoice processing, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query); ERP experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Power BI or finance process automation is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
