Job Responsibilities

1. Installation & Execution

- Install Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRF/VRV systems, Package Units, and ventilation equipment.
- Install copper piping, drain piping, ducting, insulation, and refrigerant piping as per project drawings.
- Ensure all installations comply with company quality standards and safety regulations.

2. Service & Maintenance

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
- Attend breakdown calls and restore equipment to normal operation within the required time.
- Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and pressure testing.

3. Testing & Commissioning

- Test installed HVAC equipment before handover.
- Assist in commissioning of VRF, Split, Ductable, and Package AC systems.
- Ensure proper system performance and report any deficiencies.

4. Material & Tool Management

- Verify materials received at the site.
- Maintain tools, testing instruments, and service equipment in good condition.
- Report shortages or damaged materials to the supervisor.

5. Documentation

- Submit daily work reports and service reports.
- Record maintenance activities and spare parts used.
- Complete customer service reports after each job.

6. Customer Coordination

- Explain completed work and basic operating instructions to customers.
- Coordinate with supervisors, project engineers,



and customers to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or HVAC.
- 2–5 years of experience in installation and servicing of HVAC systems.
- Experience with Split, Cassette, Ductable, VRF/VRV, and Commercial Air Conditioning systems.
- Ability to read installation drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and refrigeration principles.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
