We are looking for a passionate and confident Academic Counselor to join our team at Leaders Fitness Academy. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide students regarding our courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct walk-ins
- Explain course details and career opportunities to students
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student data and admission records
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
- Provide excellent support and guidance to students
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in counseling, sales, or customer handling
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
