We are seeking an HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and record keeping.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HR compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
