Job Description:

- Defect Tracking utilizing JIRA
- Automated Testing: Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium, Java, LoadRunner, SoapUI , Rest assured.
- Database Tools: Cassandra, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Developer or other query tools
- Other Tools: Jenkins, GIT, Putty, WinScp , Unix.

- 6+ years of direct experience in software quality assurance & software testing and Rest assured
- Experience in architecting automation framework and implementing standard methodologies.
- Solid programming, debugging/troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and have participated in / rolled out test automation initiatives.
- Hands-on current experience authoring, building and adopting large scale, multi-functional automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI,



back-end integration, database.
- Deep understanding of different automation approaches (keyword driven, data driven, BDD, TDD, Gherkin spec and their application is a plus) and technology stacks (Java).
- Demonstrable understanding of web services (REST), JSON and XML data formats.
- Strong SQL Scripting skills.
- Experience on Cloud – AWS / GCP.
- Ability to work in a sprint team environment or independently as needed
- Very good understanding of SDLC process. Prefer: Agile/ Scrum/ XP
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of software testing practices, including test planning, test automation – API and UI, and defect management
