Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual content for our website, social media, campaigns, and promotional materials. From concept to execution, you’ll help shape our brand’s visual identity and digital engagement through compelling graphics and video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Create engaging graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp), website, emailers, and print collaterals.
- Design branding materials, brochures, banners, posters, and clinic displays.
- Develop visual themes for campaigns, festivals, and health awareness drives.
- Video Production & Editing:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos including treatment explainers, patient testimonials, doctor interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle end-to-end video production – scripting, shooting, sound, lighting, and post-production editing.
- Create short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for digital platforms.
- Digital Platform Management:




- Assist in managing and updating website visuals and blog graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the content team to visualize health tips, therapy benefits, and promotional content.
- Creative Ideation & Strategy:
- Brainstorm and propose fresh, innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with design trends, editing tools, and social media best practices.
- Adapt content based on performance analytics and audience engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphics and video work (social media content, promotional videos, branding projects).
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content optimization for social media.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of the wellness/healthcare industry is a plus.
