Job Summary:
The IT Technician is responsible for overseeing IT operations, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks across the organization.

- Supervise and guide IT technicians in daily tasks and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, systems, CCTV Cameras, and networks).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and data protection.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licenses.
- Collaborate with management on IT planning and technology upgrades.
- Document processes and provide training to staff on IT systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
