We are recruiting Accounts Executive/Assistant - Finance&Accounts;

KLM Assets Fin is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/ Executive to join the Head Office team at Kothamangalam. The role involves supporting core accounting operations, coordinating with branch teams, and ensuring accuracy in financial processes across the organization. With 9 operational branches and ongoing expansion, this position requires strong analytical skills, process discipline, and effective coordination to maintain smooth financial management.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the chit fund, NBFC, or financial services sector, are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Kothamangalam, Muvattupuzha, and nearby locations, as well as those available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle accounting functions at the Head Office and support seamless coordination with branch-level financial activities
- Prepare and verify Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)



to ensure alignment between company records and bank transactions
- Manage deposit-related processes, including registration, verification, approvals, and documentation maintenance
- Execute NACH mandate uploads and track associated records for timely processing and updates
- Maintain cheque movement records with proper monitoring, tracking, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with branch teams for timely collection of financial data, supporting documents, and operational updates
- Review accounting records across branches, identify inconsistencies, and facilitate corrective action where required
- Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures through systematic documentation and accurate record keeping
