WE ARE HIRING Floor Manager – Textiles Location: Fiow Wedding Centre, Oachira Key Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the showroom floor. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. Monitor product display, merchandising, and stock availability. Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and visual standards of the showroom. Coordinate with the warehouse and billing teams for smooth operations. Prepare daily sales and operational reports. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in textile retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Solid leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Good knowledge of textile products and retail operations. Computer knowledge is an added advantage.
