Field Sales Executive – Tea, Coffee & FMCG

Tulja Bhavani is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Chennai to promote and sell its Bestie Beans tea, coffee, health mix, nuts and saffron products.

Responsibilities

- Visit groceries, retail outlets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and offices.
- Introduce products and generate paid orders.
- Follow up for payments and repeat orders.
- Maintain customer and daily visit records.
- Collect market and competitor feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Valuable spoken Tamil.
- Basic English.
- Field-sales experience preferred; confident freshers may apply.
- Own two-wheeler and licence preferred.
- Smartphone with WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Comfortable travelling within Chennai.
- Good communication, follow-up and reporting discipline.

Compensation

- Fixed payment: ₹10,000 per month.
- Fuel reimbursement: up to ₹1,500.
- Mobile allowance: ₹200.
- Performance incentives: up to ₹3,500.
- Maximum potential payout: up to ₹15,200 per month.
