As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. - Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project timelines effectively.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software scalability.
