Placement Officer

We are looking for a proactive Placement Officer to manage end-to-end candidate placement, from sourcing and profile building to interview coordination and successful job placement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job portals and professional networks.
- Mentorship: Guide candidates on career paths and provide interview preparation support.
- Resume Building: Assist candidates in creating high-impact resumes and professional profiles.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring companies.
- Administration: Maintain accurate placement data and records using MS Office and digital tools.

Essential Skills:

- Proven background in placement support.
- Strong basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Web portals).
- Communication
- Good understanding of the local job market in Kochi.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
