JOB DESCRIPTION – Associate Manager – SEO

Location: Bangalore - work on-site 3 days per week

Reports To: Engagement Manager – Engagements

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Associate Manager – SEO to lead the delivery of high-quality SEO solutions across client engagements. The role requires strong expertise in search engine optimization, strategic problem-solving, and stakeholder management to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with engagement managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable SEO strategies, ensure delivery excellence, and contribute to the continuous evolution of iQuanti's SEO capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Solution Development

- Develop comprehensive SEO solution plans to ensure timely and effective execution of project deliverables.
- Design scalable SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Ensure all recommendations are data-driven, actionable, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.

Delivery Excellence & Quality Assurance

- Establish and implement standard SEO methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across engagements.
- Ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables that meet internal quality standards.
- Drive consistency in execution across multiple client projects.

Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management

- Build a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.




- Participate in client meetings alongside Engagement Managers to present SEO strategies, recommendations, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with US-based SMEs and cross-functional teams to implement advanced SEO approaches and solve complex business challenges.

SEO Expertise & Team Enablement

- Develop expertise in Keyword Strategy, Content Strategy & On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, SEO Forecasting, and Link Building.
- Guide and mentor SEO Analysts on frameworks, templates, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of SEO methodologies and knowledge sharing across the team.

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess solid technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and client consulting capabilities with the ability to deliver impactful organic growth initiatives.

Experience: 5–8 years in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

- MBA or master's in communications from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is preferred.

- Strong expertise in technical and strategic SEO with hands-on experience managing end-to-end SEO programs.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions while managing multiple priorities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.




- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Prior experience in client servicing is preferred.
- Experience in content writing for marketing websites, campaigns, or articles is an added advantage.
- Passionate about mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in SEO processes and delivery.
