Job Title: Artwork Review Executive (Regulatory Affairs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Artwork Review Executive with strong expertise in regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations, Ayurvedic guidelines, and Drugs & Cosmetics Act to ensure that all product artworks comply with applicable legal and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and approve product artworks (labels, cartons, foils, inserts) as per regulatory requirements.

· Ensure compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, and Drugs & Cosmetics Act guidelines.

· Cross-check label claims, ingredient lists, warnings, and statutory declarations.

· Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, QC, Production, and Marketing teams for artwork finalization.

· Identify and rectify errors related to spelling, content, legal compliance,



and design alignment.

· Maintain documentation and records of approved artworks.

· Stays updated with changes in regulatory guidelines and implement them in artwork review processes.

· Support audits and inspections related to labeling and packaging compliance.

Required Qualifications:

· M. Pharm / B. Pharm / M.Sc. (Food Technology or relevant field)*

· 4–5 years of relevant experience* in artwork review/regulatory affairs

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of FSSAI labeling regulations

· Good understanding of Ayurvedic/Herbal product regulations (AYUSH)

· Thorough knowledge of Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

· Robust coordination and communication abilities

· Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
