Job Description:
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the company’s financial operations, contracts, and purchases, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Accounting:
- Oversee financial transactions (AP/AR), maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Taxation:
- Handle taxation (GST, income tax), file tax returns, and stay updated on tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports (income statements, balance sheets), and provide recommendations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance,



including RERA requirements.
- Contracts & Purchases:
- Oversee financial aspects of contracts and purchase agreements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review contract terms and manage vendor payments.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing support and guidance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s/CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, contracts, and purchases, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, RERA, and proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
