Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee / Associates to join our firm. In this role, you will work closely with senior associates and partners, assisting across a wide spectrum of legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for professional development and hands-on exposure to diverse legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
- Assist in legal research, case preparation, and analysis.
- Liaise with clients, external counsels,



and other stakeholders.
- Support senior team members in litigation, corporate, and advisory matters.
- Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in law and enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient drafting and legal research abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office, legal databases, and online research tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate law, litigation, banking, or intellectual property law is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and adapting to evolving legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
