- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR management
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR policies
- Experience with HR software (Zoho People is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and HR operations
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and performance reviews
- Lead and support team development initiatives
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
