Operations Executive (Founder’s Office)

About the Role

This is not a typical internship.

We are hiring a full-time Operations Executive to work directly with the founder on core business operations. This role is designed for individuals who want to build, execute, and grow long-term, not for short-term experience seekers.

You will be involved in real business execution across multiple functions and will be expected to take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day operational tasks across different business areas
- Work directly with the founder on ongoing projects and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow
- Track tasks, updates, and follow-ups with accountability
- Handle data, reporting, and analysis using Excel
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Support planning, documentation,



and communication

Requirements

- Strong execution ability and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership and accountability
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
