About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience in creating visual content for social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts that align with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing assets.

Video & Reel Support

- Assist in designing thumbnails, story creatives, and short-form content visuals.
- Support the content team with graphics for reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Brand & Marketing Support

- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends,



and industry best practices.

Creative Collaboration

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Take feedback from senior designers and implement revisions efficiently.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or personal creative projects.
