Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform sample collection, laboratory testing, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with laboratory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture, blood collection, and other specimen collection procedures proficiently.
- Operate and maintain fully automated Biochemistry Analyzers, Chemiluminescence Analyzers, ABG (Arterial Blood Gas) Analyzers, and related laboratory equipment.
- Conduct sample processing, testing, validation, and timely reporting of results.
- Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures as per laboratory standards.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and documentation protocols.
- Assist in inventory management of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies.

Knowledge & Skills Required:





- Robust expertise in venipuncture and blood sampling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with automated biochemistry, immunoassay/chemiluminescence, and ABG analyzers.
- Sound knowledge of Clinical Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology methodologies.
- Understanding of laboratory quality systems, internal and external quality controls, and accreditation requirements (NABL preferred).
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and computerized reporting.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
