Business Function Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile Job Purpose To establish an effective Credit Quality Assurance CQA function to conduct ongoing review of Credit underwriting function Review compliance with extant sanction and post sanction process procedures as per Group and local policies and lending guidance issued from time to time Contribute to a consistent credit culture in the Bank to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Key Accountabilities Setting up of Credit Quality Assurance CQA function to conduct ongoing review of Credit underwriting function Review compliance with extant sanction and post sanction process procedures as per Group and local policies and lending guidance issued from time to time Independent review of Credit Risk Assessment Recommend corrective action to improve credit quality credit administration and credit skills of staff etc Job Duties responsibilities To issue reports on loan reviews To advise the departments functionaries concerned To process the responses received and arrange for closure of the relative Loan review reports To maintain database of loans subjected to Credit Audit Experience At least 15-20 years of experience in financial sector with relevant experience in Risk Management Wholesale Banking and SME Education Preferred Qualifications Degree holder preferably in risk management quantitative discipline Knowledge of strong command in Microsoft Office Word Excel Powerpoint Access Good understanding and knowledge of credit cycle management Work Relationship Team-player with positive inter-personal communication writing skills Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Seek to understand stakeholder s point of view and find win-win solution Motivated and self-driven
