We are pleased to present an exciting leadership opportunity for an accomplished civil engineering professional to join our organization as Vice President Projects. This strategic role is ideal for an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale structural infrastructure projects.

Position: Vice President Projects (Highways / Airports / Railways / Bridges).

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Managing Director (MD)

Location- Gurugram - Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of major infrastructure projects involving National Highways, Airports, Railways, Flyovers, and other large structural works.
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, optimize resource utilization, and drive operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic leadership in project planning, risk management, contract execution, and commercial coordination.
- Mentor project leadership teams and establish best practices across project execution.





Essential Technical Expertise

- Extensive experience in river bridge construction, including:
- Well foundations in deep, rapid-flowing rivers.
- Large-diameter pile foundations.
- Segmental girder casting and launching.

- Strong expertise in
- Client coordination and stakeholder management.
- Resource planning and management.
- Project management, planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Quality, safety, and contractual compliance.

Mandatory Requirements

- Successful completion of at least one mega structural infrastructure project in a leadership role.
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex EPC or infrastructure projects with excellence.
