About the Role The Vice President – Programme Delivery & PMO will establish, lead, and scale a high-performing Programme Delivery capability within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). Initially focused on service transitions, the role will evolve to deliver strategic transformation programmes across GBS, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution, solid governance, and business value realization.

This leader will build organizational capability, drive complex cross-functional programmes, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes while shaping the future Programme Delivery operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Transition Leadership

- Lead complex service transitions into the GCC,



ensuring successful mobilization, stabilization, and benefits realization.
- Deliver strategic transformation programmes on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
- Act as the senior leader for cross-functional, non-BAU initiatives.

Capability Building

- Establish and grow a scalable Programme Delivery function within the GCC.
- Build delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, tools, and operating models.
- Develop a sustainable pipeline of strategic programmes beyond transitions.

Portfolio & Governance

- Own portfolio planning, prioritization, dependency management, and capacity planning.
- Drive executive governance through reporting, milestone tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
- Embed best practices and continuous improvement across programme delivery.

Stakeholder & Change Leadership

- Partner with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver business priorities.
- Lead change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and business leaders.

People Leadership

- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Programme Delivery team.
- Foster a culture of accountability,



collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with Service Management teams to deliver an integrated customer experience across India and Poland GCCs.

Essential Experience

- 12 years of programme delivery, transformation, transition, GBS, Shared Services, or GCC leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-country, multi-functional transformation or transition programmes.
- Experience operating within large, complex, highly matrixed multinational organizations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership capabilities.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting GCC establishment, growth, or scale-up.
- Portfolio leadership across multiple countries or business functions.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, MoP, or P3O.
- Experience in Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similarly complex global organizations.
- Operational leadership experience within GBS or Shared Services environments.
