Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the organization. This role will manage and optimize core processes, ensure service delivery standards are met, and drive operational efficiency and quality.

The Vice President

Operations will lead P&L; oversight, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, supervising project portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams,



and maintaining solid customer service standards. The role also involves setting performance metrics, mentoring managers, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, with experience in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Proficiency in P&L; Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, ensuring high client satisfaction and consistent service quality.
- Experience in Strategic Planning, with a track record of translating business goals into operational roadmaps.
- Advanced Project Management skills, including leading multiple projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience in senior operations roles, preferably within consulting or professional services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, supported by strong business acumen.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience working in or managing operations in Chennai or similar markets is preferred.
