- About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Business Development to drive strategic business growth and lead current client acquisition for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in a VP or senior leadership role within an advertising or digital marketing agency, with a strong network and proven ability to win high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and acquire new clients across branding, creative, digital marketing, social media, website development, performance marketing, and advertising services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.

Lead client presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Own the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.





Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and digital teams to deliver winning client solutions.

Develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.

Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve organizational goals.

Mandatory Requirements

10+ years of experience in a VP or senior leadership position within an Advertising or Digital Marketing Agency.

Proven track record of acquiring and managing large client accounts.

Strong network of corporate decision-makers and brand leaders.

Expertise in selling integrated marketing, branding, creative, digital, and advertising solutions.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
