Role Description The Vice President Delivery and Solutioning is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Rezolv’s platform for financial institution clients. This role oversees project scoping, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live optimization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

The position manages cross-functional delivery teams, coordinates with product, engineering, and sales, and acts as a senior point of contact for strategic clients. Daily activities include translating business requirements into solution architectures, establishing delivery methodologies and governance,



monitoring project health and risk, and driving continuous improvement in processes and customer outcomes.

The Vice

President also contributes to pre-sales solutioning, prepares proposals and presentations, and helps shape the product roadmap based on market feedback and client needs.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience building and guiding cross-functional delivery and solutioning teams.
- Proven background in project and program management, with expertise in managing complex technology implementations for enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of financial services or collections operations, including workflows, compliance requirements, and performance metrics.
- Experience in solution architecture and design, particularly with SaaS platforms, AI-powered solutions, and systems integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, sales, and client stakeholders, and to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and operational insights to drive delivery improvements.
- Track record of establishing delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and external clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a senior delivery, solutioning, or consulting role within fintech
