Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end construction activities from excavation/foundation to finishing and final handover.

- Prepare and monitor construction schedules, project milestones and execution plans.

- Possess detailed technical knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, faade, MEP coordination and finishing works.

- Read and thoroughly understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify execution or coordination issues before work begins.

- Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other site teams.

- Monitor BOQ, quantities, measurements, billing and contractor work certification.

- Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and budgets.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship at every stage.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants,



vendors and contractors.

- Plan manpower, machinery and material requirements to avoid construction delays.

- Monitor procurement and consumption of key materials including cement, steel, concrete, blocks/bricks, waterproofing materials, tiles, stone, sanitary and finishing materials.

- Control material wastage, contractor productivity and overall construction costs.

- Review contractor bills, quantities, variations and extra-item claims before approval.

- Identify construction problems and provide practical, technically sound solutions directly at site.

- Maintain strict quality control and safety standards.

- Conduct weekly progress reviews and report actual progress versus planned schedules to management.

- Ensure snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover are completed properly.
