Role Overview
Position Title: Veterinary Partner Executive
Positions Open: 2
Location: Mumbai (Field Role)
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities
Field Visits & Outreach: Regularly visit veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, and individual practitioners across Mumbai to introduce the WAGR Partner Program.
Onboarding & Activation: Present the value proposition, successfully onboard vets into the network, distribute partner kits, and drive active referrals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with veterinary professionals and clinic staff to ensure continuous engagement.
Pipeline & Follow-Ups: Consistently track leads, execute field visits, and conduct timely follow-ups to achieve onboarding and activation targets.
Market Feedback:
Gather insights and feedback from field interactions to help refine the partner program and product offerings.
Preferred Qualifications & Background
We are looking for candidates with 2–5 years of hands-on field experience in any of the following domains:
Veterinary Pharma Medical Representative (MR)
Animal-health or veterinary diagnostics sales
Pet-care or pet-nutrition field sales
Human Pharma MR or healthcare field sales
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Field Execution: High energy, self-motivated, and disciplined in managing daily field routes.
Relationship Building: Proven track record in lead conversion, relationship management, and prompt follow-ups.
Network Advantage: An existing network of veterinary doctors and clinics in Mumbai is a robust plus.
