Imagicaa Next Private Limited has secured the exclusive rights to introduce Hello Park in India, with its flagship venue launching at Y Junction Mall, Hyderabad.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our Pre-Opening Team and play a key role in launching India's first Hello Park.

Qualification :

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA / Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Retail Management preferred.

: The Venue Manager will be responsible for leading the complete operations of Hello Park, Hyderabad, from pre-opening through successful day-to-day operations. This role requires a dynamic and hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, build and inspire high-performing teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage Food & Beverage and retail operations, and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.

The incumbent will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including attractions, guest services, Food & Beverage, retail operations, team leadership, revenue generation, financial performance, safety, statutory compliance,



and operational excellence. Working closely with HR, Marketing, Finance, Technical, Projects, Procurement, and other support functions, the Venue Manager will ensure seamless operations while creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the successful pre-opening and launch of the venue by ensuring operational readiness, supporting recruitment and onboarding, implementing SOPs, coordinating trial runs, and establishing operational processes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including attractions, guest services, Food & Beverage outlets, retail operations, birthday parties, school visits, corporate events, and other guest engagement activities while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high customer service standards, resolving guest concerns promptly, monitoring guest feedback, and continuously improving service quality across all operational areas.
- Manage Food & Beverage operations by ensuring food quality, hygiene, inventory control, cost optimisation, vendor coordination, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team through recruitment, employee engagement, training, performance management, manpower planning, and shift scheduling to build a positive and productive work culture.
- Drive business performance by achieving admissions, Food & Beverage sales, retail sales, birthday party bookings, memberships, school visits, corporate events, and other revenue opportunities while monitoring key business KPIs such as footfall, conversion, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with child safety standards, food safety regulations, health & safety requirements, fire safety procedures, statutory compliance, company policies, and operational SOPs.




- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to monitor business performance, control operating expenses, manage inventory, prepare operational MIS reports, and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency.

Preferred Industry: Candidates with experience in Family Entertainment Centres (FEC), Theme Parks, Indoor Play Centres, Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts, Food & Beverage, Casual Dining, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Retail, Shopping Malls, Multiplexes, Gaming, Children's Entertainment, or other customer-centric service industries will be preferred.
