About The Opportunity Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed 4-Star Hotel in Okhla, New Delhi , for the position of Venue / Banquet Sales Manager . We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused sales professional with experience in banquet, hospitality, or event sales to drive venue bookings and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with sales leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convince prospective clients to visit the venue.
- Conduct venue tours and presentations for potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event packages for:

- Corporate Events

- Weddings

- Social Gatherings

- Conferences

- Private Events
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



and booking contracts.
- Collect booking deposits and complete all required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize bookings and repeat business.
- Coordinate with hotel operations and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banquet Sales, Hotel Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Event Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales goals.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
