Preferred candidate profile:

We are looking for a dynamic Vendor Management Head with 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, or Customer Support. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, handling vendor relationships, managing escalations, and resolving issues efficiently. The candidate must possess robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Vendor Management team to achieve operational goals.
- Handle vendor calls, escalations, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
- Resolve vendor queries and operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of vendor concerns.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vendor operations.
- Analyze vendor performance and recommend process improvements.




- Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best commercial and operational outcomes.
- Prepare reports and track key performance metrics.

Key Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Operations.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Quick decision-making and smart problem-solving skills.

- Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, or Fashion industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
