1. Responsible for on-time completion of New Product validation in coordination with QA, R&D;,AES & CSD.
2. Ensure metal cutting validation of NPD machines in coordination with AES as per SOP.
3. Ensure validation of NPD machine, subsystems, and accessories as per SOP.
4. Ensure digitalization of validation process through PLM
5. Creation of USP for Recent products.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Understand machine specifications, features and accessories of new product machines.
Formulate tests to be conducted on new products.
Prepare and issue testing methods and procedures for new products to relevant departments
Prepare and issue testing methods and procedures for sub systems to relevant departments
Schedule the validation plan for each new product based on R&D; Project plan
Co-ordinate with R&D;/Assembly/QA and ensure machine installation by commisioning and de-commisioning of new product as per SOP.
Co-ordinate with QA and ensure testing of machine by QA as per test chart.
Standardize QA test procedure and digitalize.
Co-ordinate with AES and ensure ontime time completion of metal cutting tests (MRR, Stress test, Profile and Axis accuracy test) as per SOP.
Standardize metal cutting test procedure and digitalize.
Ensure ontime time completion of machine validation tests (Mechanical, Mechatronics and Thermal test) as per SOP.
Co-ordinate with CSD and ensure Sevicability / Maintanability test of machine by CSD as per SOP.
Standardize procedure for machine validation test and digitalize.
Co-ordinate with AES and ensure ontime time completion of machine cutting tests at customer place as per SOP.
Co-ordinate with AES and ensure ontime time completion of Process capability tests at customer place as per SOP.
Standardize procedure for machine cutting test at customer place and digitalize.
Co-ordinate with CSD and ensure ontime time completion of Field validation tests (Machine and Subsystems) as per SOP.
Receipt of test report from QA, AES, CSD and prepare list of Non-Confirmities
Communicate NCR to respective stake holders for action
Preperaration of ATR and review with concerned HOD's
Consolidation of Machine data and prepare final performance report.
Qualify for Installation, Performance and Operations based on the results of test reports.
Plan resources for validation activities.
Create USP and maintain data base of all executed validation tests and provide inputs to Marketing, Application Engineering, R&D; and other concerned departments.
