Key Responsibilities

UX/UI Design

- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered features and products, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data.

- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma.

- Translate complex AI workflows (chat interfaces, generative outputs, model settings, etc.) into straightforward, intuitive user journeys.

Front-End Development

- Convert designs into functional, responsive UI components (HTML/CSS/JS or React, as applicable).

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-accurate implementation.

- Prototype interactive flows for stakeholder review and user testing.

AI Tools & Innovation

- Stay current with the latest AI design and productivity tools (e.g., generative image/video tools, AI copilots for design and coding, prompt-based design assistants) and bring them into the workflow.

- Use AI tools to accelerate design iteration, content generation, and asset creation.

- Explore and recommend new AI-based design/development tools to improve team efficiency.

Content & Marketing Collateral

- Create product help videos and explainer/tutorial content to support user onboarding and customer support.

- Design marketing videos, social media creatives, banners, and campaign assets.

- Develop marketing collateral brochures, pamphlets, one-pagers, presentation decks, and email templates.





- Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines and consistent across channels.

Required Skills

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for digital products (web/app).

- Hands-on expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).

- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).

- Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React/Vue a plus).

- Familiarity with AI design and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI image/video tools, AI-assisted design/coding assistants, prompt-based content tools).

- Experience creating video content help/tutorial videos, product demos, and marketing videos (scripting, shooting/screen-recording, editing).

- Skilled in designing marketing collateral pamphlets, brochures, flyers, decks, and digital ad creatives.

- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they shape product UX (chat interfaces, conversational design, human-in-the-loop flows) is a strong plus.

- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.

Good to Have

- Experience designing for AI/ML or SaaS products.

- Basic motion graphics/animation skills.

- Copywriting skills for marketing and UX microcopy.

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or other rapid content-creation platforms.

- Exposure to user research and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

- Knowledge of Javascript
