Experience Chemical Industry (Having exposure of hazardous chemicals handling)
Qualification: BE/ B. Tech Mechanical Engineering or related
Role Summary:
Responsible for productive operation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems while ensuring reliability, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain utility equipment: FBC boilers, screw chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, PSA N plant, liquid nitrogen systems
- Manage water systems: DM, RO, and distribution networks
- Handle coal handling systems and ensure smooth operations
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance and condition monitoring
- Drive energy conservation initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Manage AMCs and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
- Maintain records and systems in SAP
