:
Position Title : SE - Utilities years of Experience : 4-8 years in Chemical Unit
Location: Ganjam Odisha.
Qualification : BE Mechanical
Exp of both Operation & Maintenance and Projects in Utilities Dept
Job Responsibilities:
01 Project preconstruction preparation
- Assist in site Preparation & marking as per the project layout to start utility activities.
- Assist in material & manpower planning.
02 Timely completion of project (Utilities)
- Implementation of specifications as per the design.
- Ensure the progress is in-line with the plan and take corrective actions in case of any deviation.
- Timely resolution of project execution issues by coordinating with vendors, consultants, and site team.
- Contract manpower planning & deployment in consultation with HOD. Ensure timely and accurate documentation as per the last modification.
03 Ensure breakdowns are in target limit
- Effective Operation and maintenance of utilities.
- Planning, recommending, and raising requirements of spares and consumables for the department.
- Troubleshooting in case of any breakdown or stoppages due to Utility issues
04 Ensuring EHS compliance
- Identification of potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate with the EHS team for the implementation of corrective measures.
Standardize practices through SOPs and Work instructions. 05 People training and development
- Training of subordinates for utility maintenance practices.
06 Implementation of 5S, TQM, eAM, and IMS
- Ensure proper implementation of the 5S system.
- Ensure updating of Utility equipments details in eAM Ensure implementation of IMS for common project execution activities
