About the role

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Canada payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits.
- Maintain and update payroll data within SAP to reflect changes in employee status or compensation.
- Generate reports and documentation to support payroll activities and management requests.

Required skills and experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing with a focus on Canadian payroll.




- Robust proficiency in SAP payroll modules and related HRIS systems.
- Thorough understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and tax requirements.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and employees.

Nice to have

- Experience with USI Talent Acquisition payroll processes or similar multinational environments.
- Familiarity with payroll audit procedures and compliance frameworks.
