About the role

Lead SAP CALM release processes to ensure quality and timely delivery in a validated environment for large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end release cycles within SAP CALM, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with validated workplace standards throughout release activities.
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation for release deployments to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate communication between development, testing, and operations teams to streamline release processes.

Required skills and experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP release management with a focus on CALM modules.
- Proven expertise managing releases in regulated or validated environments.
- Experience handling large, complex projects with multiple teams and dependencies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with SAP CALM system architecture and related SAP modules.
- Knowledge of release management tools and automated deployment systems.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams.
