Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a User Interface Designer.

The User Interface

Designer will create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products that support renewable energy services and customer platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts and components, producing mockups and prototypes, collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, and product stakeholders, and refining designs based on user feedback and data. The role also involves maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across products, and partnering with front-end developers to implement designs accurately.

The ideal candidate will balance aesthetics with usability and accessibility, helping customers easily understand and manage their energy solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid User Interface Design and Visual Design skills focused on clean, accessible, and consistent interfaces.





Candidates should possess experience creating detailed Mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Candidates should possess knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development concepts and collaboration practices to support design implementation.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design for web and mobile interfaces.

Relevant education or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;

experience in energy or technology sectors is an asset.
