ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Associate – US Insurance Operations (L2), you will independently manage complex benefits and claims-support activities.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing documentation, conducting provider outreach, managing case follow-ups, resolving processing exceptions, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work across multiple workflows, ensure compliance with established quality and productivity standards, support junior associates, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Process complex benefits-administration and claims-support activities with minimal supervision.

- Review claims and supporting documentation to determine appropriate next steps.
- Contact providers and stakeholders to obtain missing or required information.
- Manage case follow-ups and resolve outstanding requests within defined timelines.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve processing exceptions.




- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready case documentation.
- Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and service-level standards.
- Support multiple insurance products, processes, and workflows.
- Assist with coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Escalate complex issues to leadership when necessary.
- Recommend process improvements and operational-efficiency opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS • Any graduate or postgraduate may apply.

- MBA candidates are also eligible.
- Relevant experience in insurance, claims processing, benefits administration, disability administration, leave administration, or healthcare operations.
- Experience in provider outreach or benefit-related support activities.
- Previous US-process or US-customer experience is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS • Excellent English communication skills—B2 level or above.

- Strong knowledge of insurance and claims-processing operations.
- Provider and stakeholder communication.
- Claims-document review and case management.
- Accurate documentation and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and exception-handling skills.

SALARY AND PERKS The annual salary range is ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA maximum. The final offer will depend on relevant experience, previous compensation, interview performance, and supporting employment documents.
