Job Title: US Recruiter (Educational) Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Shift: US Shift Experience: 2–5 Years Immediate Start Job Summary We are looking for a US Recruiter (Educational) with experience supporting hiring across the US market. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for educational and school-based positions. The Recruiter will work across roles such as Teachers, Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Substitute Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Special Education professionals, Administrative staff, and other school support positions.

Responsibilities - Source and recruit candidates for educational and school-based positions across the US

- Work on requirements including Teachers, Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Substitute Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other school support roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct initial candidate screens covering experience, availability, location, compensation, and overall fit
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming requirements




- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process through offer and onboarding coordination
- Manage multiple requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously Qualifications - 2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience supporting the US market
- Experience recruiting educational, school-based, professional, or support positions preferred
- Good understanding of the US staffing and hiring process
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and candidate databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
